Austin Asbury, Esq.

Austin Asbury is the founder and managing partner of Asbury Legal LLC, based out of Marietta, Georgia, where he provides daily direction and oversight of his litigation practice involving a wide range of experiences representing businesses and individuals in many types of disputes, including business torts, insurance coverage, and fraud claims, with a focus on commercial real estate and residential real estate.

He is a dedicated and seasoned attorney who is a persuasive and successful trial lawyer. Austin captures the respect of clients and jurors alike. He has served as lead counsel in negotiating numerous enforcement settlements and has routinely mentored and assisted other firm attorneys in the Litigation and Real Estate Practice Group. He has mastered “The Concierge Services Technique,” which gives clients peace of mind during the entire engagement process.

Partnering With Entrepreneurs

He has developed a fondness for working with start-up companies, consulting and advising them while also providing exceptional legal services. Austin’s entrepreneurial spirit has provided opportunities with both large firms and gaining him international experience interning in Atlanta with Sutherland, Asbill & Brennan and in Osaka, Japan, at Kitahama Partners Legal Professional Corp.

A Creative Approach to Law

He also studied international law at Hong Kong University and Bond University in Australia, which provided a solid foundation for his international experience and forged the basis of the diverse, creative approach to solving legal problems.

A Foundation of Expertise

Each of his clients now benefits from that experience today. Before founding Asbury Legal LLC, he worked in corporate litigation defending construction and railroad companies. This experience of investigating claims related to railroad crossing accidents makes him uniquely qualified when applying federal regulations and state statutes to incident reports.
